Job Summary
The Coordinator Baptist Health Wellness Center is responsible for the daily operations of a Wellness Center location including health coaching biometric screenings care coordination and navigation program planning community outreach and office management. This role serves as a resource for individuals seeking health and wellness support while promoting Baptist Health services and wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct health risk assessments and biometric screenings including blood pressure cholesterol glucose height/weight and body composition measurements.
• Provide health coaching and connect individuals with appropriate healthcare providers wellness programs and community resources.
• Coordinate educational programs wellness events and community outreach activities.
• Support marketing efforts through newsletters promotional materials and event communications.
• Maintain accurate documentation data entry and reporting related to wellness programs and client interactions.
• Manage day-to-day Wellness Center operations including scheduling inventory and compliance activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners healthcare providers and Wellness Center visitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Health Science Health Administration Public Health Exercise Science or a related field required.
• One to two years of experience in health coaching wellness programming health promotion or conducting health assessments preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Health Coach Certification required upon or within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication customer service organization and relationship-building skills.
