Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of HVAC installers (minimally 2-3 sets of teams, anywhere from 5 to 6 people) - Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems - Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards and company policies - Provide technical guidance and support to team members - Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs - Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and equipment - Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used - Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems - Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints - Knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety procedures - Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred - Familiarity with property maintenance practices is a plus - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Skills: - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship W.W.
