Responsibilities: • • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans that align with their unique goals and values. • Lead educational seminars and workshops as part of our Red Wagon Club to empower clients with knowledge and confidence. • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current laws and regulations. • Foster long-term client relationships by providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the estate planning process. • Stay informed on the latest legal trends and advancements to offer innovative solutions and strategies. • Work closely with our team to create a seamless and supportive client experience, from initial consultation to plan execution. • Participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance our firm's presence and build meaningful connections in Somerset County. Qualifications: Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited school of law and qualification to practice in the state of Pennsylvania. At least two years of substantial involvement in the field of Estate Administration. Membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association in good standing. Willingness to take instruction from senior legal personnel to serve client requirements and expand the client base. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the capability to address issues with creativity. Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
