As an essential member of our culinary team, you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen while supporting our cooks and chefs during service.If you take pride in your work, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of one of Cincinnati's premier breweries, we'd love to meet you.Essential FunctionsWash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room and kitchen.Empty trash and recycling throughout each shift.Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries.Support the kitchen team with basic cleaning and prep tasks when needed.Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.RequirementsPrevious dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong work ethic and reliability.Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for 6-8 hours per shiftAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to travel up and down stairs multiple times during the shiftEven if you don't check every single box in this job description, we encourage you to apply—your unique background might be exactly what our team needs.
