Job DescriptionAssure A Smile is seeking an outgoing, organized, and compassionate Front Desk / Patient Coordinator. You will guide patients from their first phone call through their treatment journey while helping our busy family, biological, and orthodontic practice operate efficiently.
Salary Rangefull-time $16 - $25 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Commission-Based Incentives: Receive additional compensation for successfully processing insurance claims, handling billing tasks, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7 AM - 4 PM; Wednesday: Closed; Friday: 7 AM - 1 PM.
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, dependable, and genuinely interested in helping people. The right person will take pride in their work, enjoy connecting with patients, and understand that excellent care begins with the very first phone call. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively with our diverse patient population.
