Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Divine Mind and Soul Therapy, LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of your clients, ensuring each assessment informs a tailored treatment plan.

• Developing personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), that align with clients' unique mental health needs.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations to uphold confidentiality and compliance standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client's well-being.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings, where you will share insights and learnings that contribute to enhancing care delivery for all clients.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources to empower them in navigating their healing journeys.

• Staying informed about the latest research and trends in the field to continuously improve your therapeutic approach and the outcomes for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and their families within educational settings, providing therapy and support for a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. This role enables you to positively influence the mental wellness of youth and contribute to their academic success and personal development.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, showcasing your foundation of theoretical knowledge in the field.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas, demonstrating your professional credentials.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with a proven track record of successful interventions in a similar setting.

• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and the ability to adapt approaches based on individual client needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the building of trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
