To support the growth of a referral ecosystem, the full-time Referral Partnerships Lead will recruit, onboard, and activate individuals and small organizations to expand the referral network and drive company acquisition, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Recruit and onboard individuals and small lead-generation organizations into the referral partner program Develop outreach strategies to identify and attract high-potential referral partners Track partner activity, referral volume, and network growth metrics to optimize referral programs Required qualifications Experience in partnerships, affiliate programs, or community building Proven ability to recruit and manage external partners Strong relationship-building and communication skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
