Your primary duties and responsibilities will be: Fabrication and Assembly: Fabricate and assemble custom millwork components using PVC materials. Operate a variety of tools and machinery, including routers, saws, sanders, and other equipment, to cut, shape, and finish PVC. Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to create precise and durable products. Quality Control: Inspect work throughout the process to ensure all components meet company and client quality standards. Perform final inspections to confirm accurate assembly, measurements, and finishes. Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment issues promptly. Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency. Other duties as assigned We believe the successful candidate will have: Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience as a bench carpenter, fabricator, or similar role preferred. Familiarity with PVC material is highly desirable; training may be provided for candidates with related carpentry experience. Core Competencies: Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Experience with carpentry tools, including those specifically suited for PVC work. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during fabrication and assembly. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods. Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
